💭 What exactly am I buying?

You’re purchasing a digital PDF file, not a physical notebook. Once you’ve checked out, you’ll be able to download the file instantly and print it yourself — as many times as you like for personal use. you will be able to download the PDF files 3 times, thereafter, the link will expire.

No waiting for couriers, no “out for delivery” suspense.
💾 How do I download my files?

After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link (check your Promotions or Spam folder if it doesn’t appear within a few minutes).

Click the link, and your files will download directly to your device. Remember to save the files to your hard drive as the link will expire after 3 downloads.
📎 What format are the files in?

All Artful Jotter resources are delivered as high-resolution PDF files.

Each product includes both A4 and A5 sizes, so you can pick your favourite planner size.
📱 Can I use it on a tablet or iPad?

Absolutely! We have personally tested our PDFs on Notability! They should function similarly on other annotation apps like GoodNotes or Xodo, and write on them digitally.


Just remember — you’ll need a stylus or Apple Pencil for handwritten notes.
🖨️ How do I print my PDF?
  1. Open your file in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download).
  2. Select “Actual Size” or 100% Scale for best results.
  3. Choose A4 or A5 paper to match the file you’re printing.
  4. Use a good-quality paper for that “teacher chic” finish (bonus points for cream or textured paper) but the choice is totally yours!
  5. Choose the pages you prefer and print as many as you need - if you prefer 15 pages of the daily schedule, go ahead and print them. We don't judge 👀.
💡 Can I print as many copies as I want?

For personal use, yes — print as often as you need and add to your binder as you need it! You're able to personalise it for yourself and how YOU work. Some people need more notes pages, others prefer more of the daily schedule and others will use multiple checklists. It's that easy.

However, please don’t share, resell, or redistribute the files. The copyright fairy (that’s us) gets very twitchy about that.
🚫 I can’t open or print the file — help!

Don’t panic — try this quick checklist:

  • Confirm the file finished downloading completely.
  • Open in Adobe Acrobat Reader or another PDF viewer (not your web browser).
  • Try printing from a laptop or desktop instead of a phone.

💸 Can I get a refund?

Because our products are instant digital downloads, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges once files are downloaded.

If you have trouble accessing or opening your files, please contact us — we’re happy to help you get what you paid for.
📬 Do you offer physical planners or notebooks?

Not yet — for now, everything at Artful Jotter lives in the magical world of pixels and PDFs.
